Through its integrated management system the Head of HSEQ Department is responsible for checking the transmission and understanding at all levels of the broad guidelines of quality policy which has been built for many years on targets based on core values such as :

The target related to the establishment and the follow-up of these values is to meet customer’s satisfaction in terms of Health, Safety, Environment, Security, Quality, in controlling Costs and Delivery times.

These values are measured by simple and efficient KPIs, for our achievements to comply with customers’ and regulation’s requirements, and with performance and continuous improvement of our results.

We know that success and longevity of our company both depend on our ability “to do what we say and to say what we do».

To implement this policy, the Executive Management commits and provides adequate human, technical and organizational resources in order to :

  • - Ensure the technical quality of our performance and services,
  • - Measure efficiency of the quality management system set up to support our continuous improvement on a long-term basis
  • - Standardize practices, organizations, tools and services.

It is important to remember that we live and we are continually improving through the needs of our customers.
